I was extremely surprised by the value of this book for the price! I was just expecting a cookbook with a couple weeks worth of meals but no.. it explains the what, why and how of the Mediterranean diet! There are a lot of recipes for every meal, including pizza and pasta! These are also all perfect for people who like to meal prep. A lot of the recipes make quite a bit of servings so it was perfect for me! This is an awesome book especially for the value!!MY NEW MEAL PREP PAL! I LOVE IT!
Yummy book! This cookbook told me in detail about the ketogenic diet, the history of its occurrence, its differences from the others diet and its benefits. A large list of recipes adapted for instant pot. All recipes for nutritional composition fully comply with the ketogenic diet. Most of all I liked the dishes from chicken, seafood and vegetarian dishes. Great to read!
Yummy! Hands down, the best Instant Pot cookbook I've found so far. Very grateful for the easy to use/read instructions and the flow of how this book was formulated. I also really appreciate how they tailored it to brand new users of a pressure cooker, like myself. I like how in the very back of the book they have general guidelines for meats, grains, veggies etc - in case you don't want to use one of the recipes in the book - but say you have a pork loin or some lamb chops....fantastic. Awesome! Lovely book! Thanks!
